SHIPPING
What is the shipping policy?
All orders are shipped with tracking, which will be provided with your shipping notification email once the order is processed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
How long will it take to get my order?
AS OF 8/21/2022
United States: 12-20 days
Canada: 14-25 days
We process your orders within 1-3 business days and deliveries are typically made within two weeks.
Delays can happen but are extremely rare. Please be patient and your order will arrive within the maximum of 45 days, but a vast majority of orders arrive much faster.
What’s my tracking number?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link right away via e-mail. Make sure to also check your junk mail folder, as emails may end up there. Please note that sometimes the tracking number does not update right away and tracking to certain countries only update upon arrival within the country.
Once you receive a tracking number, please allow up to 24 hours for it to enter the carrier’s system and update; once the tracking is updated you will be able to see shipment status and history. Packages will be delivered Monday to Saturday.
Why am I getting separate shipments?
Due to the size variation in items, it is often more efficient to send items in multiple packages. We will also provide separate tracking IDs for the respective shipments.
RETURNS
Can I return items?
Customer service is our priority and we're happy to help. If an item isn't the perfect match for your home, return it for a refund within 7 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping fees and cost are the responsibility of the customer.
What happens if I receive the wrong items?
Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please bear in mind that photos may slightly differ from actual item in terms of color due to the photoshoot lighting or the monitor's display.
Every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred because of an error on our part, please contact us and we will be happy to replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Due to the fast nature of our supply chain and logistics, our warehouse and specialists begin working on your order right away. For this reason, we're unable to accept any order cancellations.
